Be Human: Embracing AI Without Losing Ourselves

In today's rapidly evolving world of AI and generative art, we're faced with a powerful concept—Be Human. This term, which emerged during a recent seminar led by Cien Solon, challenges us to rethink how we engage with technology.

It's easy to imagine a future where AI takes over many aspects of our work. But "Be Human" is a reminder that AI should serve as a tool to amplify our capabilities, not replace them. AI and automation can handle repetitive tasks and crunch data at unimaginable speeds, freeing us to do what humans do best—create, innovate, and connect.

Having AI superpowers means we get more time to be creative and solve complex problems. It doesn't mean that we hand over everything to algorithms. We still bring our unique insights, empathy, and perspective to the table—elements that machines can never fully replicate.

So, what does "Be Human" mean in the age of AI? For me, it’s about staying rooted in our humanity while using technology to push the boundaries of what's possible.

What does it mean for you? How do you balance the power of AI with the irreplaceable qualities that make us human?
